Service provided :
* use of a furnished and fully-equipped villa for the duration of the period specified
* service of villa staff (housekeeping, gardener, pool maintenance)
* household linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and electrical household appliances
* internet connection
* cost of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning fuel, pool maintenance and garden maintenance

The price doesn't include:
* breakfasts, lunches, dinners
* cost of the groceries
* airport pick-up and drop-off
* extra services (special events/party, tour, activities…)

we request a security deposit of USD 200 (or equivalent in other currency) in cash at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damage or loss have occurred.

Check-in after 2pm and check-out before 11am - If you need a late check-out, please contact us

- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the start of the rental period.
- 100% of the money paid will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made after the remaining balance payment has paid
