PAYMENT POLICIES:
- 1 night pre-payment is required when making reservation and while balance payment should be settled upon check-in at the hotel
- If you bring a different credit card upon check-in, The Tempekan Beten Kepah will charge another full amount to that card and refund the previous card
- Beten Kepah Villas will charge all of reservation amounts in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
- Villa is available for check-in from 2 PM, while check-out time until 12 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated upon request and subject to villa availability
- Late check-out before 6 pm, a day-use charge of 50% of the day's room rate applies; while for late check-out after 6 pm, 100% of the day's villa rate will be applied

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Rates quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) including tax & service charge
- Exchange rates in other currencies are for information only
- Children up to 6 years stay free in parents room when using existing bed, while children aged 7 years and older are fully charged
- Rate includes for 2 persons per room plus maximum 1 child up to 6 years old in existing bed (sharing with parents)
- Additional breakfast for children aged 2-11 years will be charge at IDR 50,000 per person, while children aged 12 years and older will be fully charged for breakfast
- No extrabed can be setup inside the villa
- Guests are required to present the actual credit card used when making the reservation upon check-in; The Tempekan Beten Kepah reserves the right to refuse the guest to check in for failure to comply with the requirement
- Beten Kepah Villas reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- No check-out allowed on 31 December every year
- Please be informed that the Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates. The Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed including check in and check out from hotels.

- Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will results 100% of total accommodation charge
- When cancellation made within 21 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation charge
- Shortened-stay will be charged 1 night cancellation fee of the remaining nights
- No Show without prior cancellation will be applied 100% of the total accommodation charge
