Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- 20% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 1 day before check-in.
- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Deposit Policy:
- A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Balance payment is due on arrival.

Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:30 PM

- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the rooms.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
