Please pay attention:
1. For check-in, all guests must provide valid ID, including children.
2. The balance due must be paid on check-in procedure.
3. One Child under 5 years old stay free of charge (no extra bed provided).
4. Children above 5 years will charge same as adult price.
5. Pet Policy: animals are not allowed.
6. Parties/Events are not allowed.
7. Early check-in from 6:00 to 12:00 incurs an additional charge 50% of the overnight accommodation.
8. Late check-out after 12:00 and up to 18:00 – will be charged 50% of the overnight accommodation rate.
9. Early check-in and late check-out are provided after confirmation by the property and should be paid in accordance with the applicable property rate.
10. Your reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the first night’s rate within 3 days after booking and receipt of this confirmation.
11. Changing the arrival date less than 3 days prior check in is the first night charge.
12. Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
13. The cost per night depends on the number of guests to be accommodated.
14. Guests must treat the property of Jungle Flower Villas with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergencies (flood, fire, broken glass, etc.), the administrator must be notified immediately.
15) Jungle Flower Villas is not responsible for lost or unattended personal things and valuables on the territory of the complex.
16) Jungle Flower Villas is not responsible for damage caused to the Guest's car as a result of traffic violations or other actions that caused damage on the territory of Jungle Flower Villas, in particular in the areas designated for parking.
17) Guests are fully responsible for children of any age who come with them - from check-in to check-out.
18) Jungle Flower Villas does not provide medical care services for guests and is not responsible for any changes in the guest's health.


Monthly Stay (length of stay 28–30 nights)
Reservation rules:
1. Reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the 10 nights amount within 3 days after booking and receipt of this confirmation.
2. Changing the arrival date less than 7 days prior check in is the first night charge.
3. Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
4. Long stay agreement is provided upon request.
5. Extension for next 30 nights is possible however depends on property occupancy
6. Reservation for next 30 nights (extension) must be paid in advance 1 day before

Amendment check-out date during accommodation period policy:
Extension, early departure is permitted subject of availability.
1. Guest may submit a request for a refund for unused nights.
2. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund.
3. The refund amount will be determined after the monthly rate has been recalculated based on the applicable overnight rate.
4. Refund will be processed using the original payment method

Additional monthly stay:
1. Included: Wi-Fi, parking, weekly general cleaning (including linen change) once a week
2. Excluded: electricity, water - paid separately by guest according to a meter.
3. Extra payments are paid separately upon guest's request via front desk agent.
