9. Early check-in and late check-out are provided after confirmation by the property and should be paid in accordance with the applicable property rate.
10. Your reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the first night’s rate within 3 days after booking and receipt of this confirmation.
11. Changing the arrival date less than 3 days prior check in is the first night charge.
12. Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
13. The cost per night depends on the number of guests to be accommodated.
14. Guests must treat the property of U Villas with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergencies (flood, fire, broken glass, etc.), the administrator must be notified immediately.
15) U Villas is not responsible for lost or unattended personal things and valuables on the territory of the complex.
16) U Villas is not responsible for damage caused to the Guest's car as a result of traffic violations or other actions that caused damage on the territory of U Villas, in particular in the areas designated for parking.
17) Guests are fully responsible for children of any age who come with them - from check-in to check-out.
18) U Villas does not provide medical care services for guests and is not responsible for any changes in the guest's health.


Monthly Stay (length of stay 28–30 nights)
Reservation rules:
1. Reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the 10 nights amount within 3 days after booking and receipt of this confirmation.
2. Changing the arrival date less than 7 days prior check in is the first night charge.
3. Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
4. Long stay agreement is provided upon request.
Changing check-out date during accommodation period policy:
1. The nightly rate will be recalculated according to the official rate valid on the day of the guest’s request to change the check-out date.
2. Any refund will be calculated after the updated rates per night have been applied.
3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Additional:
1. Included: Wi-Fi, parking, weekly general cleaning (including linen change) once a week
2. Excluded: electricity, water - paid separately by guest according to a meter.
3. Extra payments are paid separately upon guest's request via front desk agent.
