Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa opens onto a private pool, shaded lounge areas, and a rooftop deck perfect for sunrise stretches or sunset cocktails.

Airport pick-up is not included and the price is IDR 450,000 /car (1 car is up to 4 pax plus luggage).

No pets are allowed
No smoking allowed at the villa
No events / parties are allowed at the villa
No visitors are allowed at the villa

Noise curfew starts from 9 pm - 8 am. The neighbourhood has on-duty guards for your security and to ensure that all villas adhere to neighbourhood noise regulations and curfew.

**Please be aware that there is construction in the nearby area. The villa may experience some noise as a result of the surrounding environment (construction activities).
