- 25% of total reservation amount is required as prepayment deposit to confirm the booking (Deposit fee is non refundable)
- Balance payment is required 14 days prior arrival.
- Hari Indah Boutique Hotel & Spa is non-smoking property, however we have a smoking area in the garden. All rooms are strictly no-smoking
- Extras and packages reserved & paid for via our "Services" section cannot give rise to any discount or refund.

1. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge before 14 days prior to the intended check-in date .
2. Reservations can be modified free of charge before 14 days prior to the intended check-in date.
3. Cancellations or amendments within 14 days of arrival or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of all nights booked. No refund will be given for No-shows.
4. Every refund process will be completed between 05 - 12 business days, it will be refunded in Indonesian Rupiah and it'll be subject to 5% administration fee.
5. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraud or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
