- We require security deposit (refundable) IDR 3,000,000 or 200 USD by cash only, will collect upon check-in by our team in-charge.

- All villas, including indoor spaces and the pool area, are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning and restoration fee of IDR 3,000,000 will be charged if smoking is detected inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available in the garden and parking area.

- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the villa. Visitors are not permitted in the villa after 10:00 PM without registration.

- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the villa property caused by themselves, their friends, or anyone they are responsible for.

- Jipsi Villas, its servants, or agents accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of any nature, including as a result of a negligent act or omission, to guest belongings—whether placed in the in-room safe or not.

- Jipsi Villas is not liable for any physical injury suffered by guests during their stay

- Pets Not Permitted: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly not allowed inside the villa premises

- Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior permission. Loud music or excessive noise is prohibited to respect neighbors’ and the peaceful environment.

- For direct bookings, we require a DP of 50% of the total invoice. DP must be paid after the guest receives the booking invoice. Reservations will be automatically deleted if we do not receive the DP.
- We cannot block the property if there is no definite date.
- All types of payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. As such, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking.
- Reschedule can be made a maximum of 2x depending on availability, and please inform us no later than 5 days before arrival.
- Reschedule cannot be accepted if less than 24 hours before check-in.
