● Full payment is required to confirm the booking. The booking is only confirmed once the payment has reached our bank account or we have been notified by our credit card processor that the payment has been received, and we have responded to you via email that your booking is confirmed which we shall normally do within 24 hours of having the received notification.

STANDARD CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

○ Cancellation or modification to the date later made before 30 days before arrival will be FREE OF CHARGE.

○ Cancellation or modification to the date later made within 30-15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

○ Cancellation or modification to the date later made within 14 days before arrival or not showing up will be FULLY charged as the total reservation cost.
