By booking a stay at Slim Summer House, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Guest Use Only
Slim Summer House is available strictly for private guest stays. Bookings made via this platform are not valid for any commercial use, including but not limited to photo/video shoots, brand campaigns, or product photography.

If you wish to book Slim Summer House for commercial purposes, you must contact us at info@slimsummerhouse.com to obtain approval and rates specific to content production.

If you arrive and engage in commercial activity without prior agreement, or if we identify commercial imagery stemming from your stay, a non-compliance fee of up to 50,000,000 IDR per night will be charged.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayKu.
PayKu allows credit card payment but applies a processing fee.

To pay by bank transfer, please contact us at bookings@slimsummerhouse.com prior to payment so we can initiate your invoice.

3. Payment & Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, payment must be made in full. If payment is not received within 2 days of issuing your invoice, we will follow up - however, your booking may be released if we do not hear from you.
A booking is not confirmed until funds have cleared in our account.

4. Security Deposit
A valid credit card is required at check-in to hold a 5,000,000 IDR security deposit.

This is a pre-authorisation only and will be released after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
If any items are missing or removed from the premises, the cost to replace them will be charged at full RRP.

5. Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 8 adults. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.

6. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00pm
Check-out: By 10:00am
Direct bookings enjoy complimentary late check-out until 11:00am.

7. House Rules
House rules will be provided upon check-in and must be followed at all times.
No smoking indoors. A deep cleaning fee of 5,000,000 IDR will apply if this rule is broken.
No parties are permitted. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:00pm.

We offer the following booking type to suit your travel plans:

Non-Refundable
This rate is final - not eligible for cancellation, date changes, or refunds under any circumstances. It offers the best direct rate for guests with set travel dates.

Damage Deposits
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Slim Summer House is not liable for any charges, deductions, or currency variations imposed by external booking platforms or payment providers.

Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
Slim Summer House is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or no-shows due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, government regulations, airline disruptions, border closures, illness, or acts of war. In such cases, our standard cancellation policies still apply, and we recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

Guest Acknowledgment
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. This policy forms part of the booking contract and will be referenced in the event of cancellation, refund requests, or payment disputes.
