Mariden Resort Guest Agreement Form
This Agreement is entered into between Mariden Resort ("Resort") and the undersigned guest (the individual guest or an authorized representative signing on their behalf) ("Guest"). By signing this Agreement, the Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein during their stay at Mariden Resort. This agreement applies to all members of the group the Guest represents.
1. Facility Usage:
a. The have access to all facilities and amenities provided by Mariden Resort, including cottages and swimming pool.
b. The usage of facilities is subject to availability and Resort rules.
c. Guest rooms have a maximum occupancy set by the Resort. Additional occupants exceeding this limit for the standard rate may incur extra charges.
2. Safety Responsibilities:
a. While using the swimming pool, guests are responsible for their own safety.
b. Lifeguards are on duty during specified hours. Outside of these hours, guests swim at their own risk.
c. The Resort advises guests to adhere to posted safety guidelines and rules.
d. Minors must be accompanied by the legal guardian, and they are responsible for the safety of the minors.
3. General Guidelines:
a. Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.
b. Any damage caused to Resort property by the Guest will be the financial responsibility of the Guest.
4. Lost or Stolen Items:
a. The Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
5. Non-consumable Items and Deposit:
a. Guests are not allowed to take non-consumable items such as but not limited to towels, blankets, etc., from the Resort premises.
b. A security deposit of ₱1000.00 will be required upon check-in.
c. The security deposit will be refunded after the staff has cleared the room during the check-out process, provided there are no damages or missing items.
6. Noise and Disturbances:
a. Guests are expected to maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests.
b. Quiet hours are observed between 09:00 PM
7. Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time is 12:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM
b. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Pets:
a. Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or common areas. Service animals are an exception and must be declared upon reservation.
9. Smoking:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Resort buildings. Designated smoking areas are provided.
10. Payment and Cancellation:
a. Full payment is required upon check-in.
b. Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance to avoid charges.
11. Force Majeure:
a. The Resort is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control.
I, the undersigned, have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. I agree to abide by these terms during my stay at Mariden Resort.
