- Parties and loud noise that may disturb surrounding residents are not permitted.
- The maximum occupancy for Suite and Deluxe rooms is 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old.
- The Family Suite room can accommodate up to 3 adults, along with children under 10 years old.
- Children over the age of 10 are considered adults.

- For direct bookings we require a DP of 50% of the total invoice. DP must be paid after the guest receives the booking invoice. Reservations will be automatically deleted if we do not receive the DP.
- We cannot block the property if there is no definite date.
- All types of payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. As such, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking.
- Reschedule can be made a maximum of 2x depending on availability and please inform us no later than 5 days before arrival.
- Reschedule cannot be accepted if less than 24 hours before check-in.
