Booking is secure after a 100% down-payment. Should you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. For more information, please refer to the cancellation policy of Alam Kita.

The following conditions apply when booking at Alam Kita:

Upon reservation, the full amount (100% of the total price) must be paid.
If you cancel up to 1 month before arrival, you are entitled to a full refund minus a €25 administration and handling fee.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount, excluding the administration and handling fee.
If you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival, no refund will be given.
