Booking Condition Policy
1. General Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with a booking, the guest agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Booking Condition Policy. These
conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent reservation process between the guest and the property. All bookings made
through the system—whether directly via the property website, mobile application, or third-party platform—are considered legally binding once
confirmed.
The property reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any reservation if it is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of the
property’s terms of use. All guests are encouraged to review these booking conditions carefully before confirming a reservation.
2. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the guest receives a valid booking confirmation number or email from the system.
Confirmation details include booking dates, room category, rate plan, total price, and payment status.
Guests are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking details. The property shall not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect
information entered during the booking process.
Special requests (e.g., room location, bed type, or late check-out) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Room Rates and Charges
All room rates are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges. Prices may vary
depending on room type, season, and promotional offers. Additional charges may apply for extra persons, meals, or amenities not included in
the base rate.
The property reserves the right to adjust rates without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will retain the rate agreed upon at the time of
reservation. Any typographical or system pricing errors discovered after booking will be promptly corrected, and guests will be notified.
4. Payment Conditions
A valid credit card or approved payment method is required to guarantee the booking. Depending on the rate plan selected, payment may be
required at the time of booking or upon arrival. Non-refundable bookings: Full payment is charged immediately and cannot be refunded or
transferred.
Flexible bookings: Payment may be made upon arrival, but a valid card authorization may be required in advance. In case of payment failure
or declined transactions, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to
check-in to verify validity and available funds.
5. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate: Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before check-in without penalty. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of
arrival will incur a one-night charge.
Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellation, refund, or amendment is allowed after booking confirmation. Cancellations must be made through the
same channel used for booking (e.g., website, OTA, or property directly).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway used. In case of force
majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the property may offer rescheduling or credit vouchers instead of refunds.
6. No-Show and Early Departure
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show bookings are charged the
full amount of the stay or as per the specific rate plan policy. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations, and no refunds will be
issued for unused nights.
7. Modification Policy
Any request to modify dates, room type, or guest details must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. Modifications are
subject to availability and may incur rate differences depending on the new stay dates or room category. Non-refundable bookings cannot be
modified.
The property reserves the right to reject modification requests during peak seasons or promotional periods.
8. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in for verification. For security reasons, only registered
guests are permitted to stay overnight in the room.
9. Child and Extra Bed Policy
Children under the age of 6 may stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra beds, baby cots, or
child breakfasts.
The number of extra beds or cots per room is limited and subject to availability. Guests must inform the property in advance if extra bedding is
required.
10. Property Behavior and Damage
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property facilities. Any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or
equipment will result in repair or replacement charges.
The property reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card or request payment upon check-out for any identified damages. Smoking is
strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas; penalties may apply for violations. The property is not responsible for loss or theft of personal
belongings left unattended.
11. Force Majeure Clause
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other situations beyond the
property’s control, the property shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations. Guests may be offered the option to reschedule their
stay or receive a credit voucher, depending on the situation.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
All guest information collected during the booking process will be handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection laws. The
property will not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for essential booking operations. Guests may request
access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting customer service.
