- In the event of a qualified emergency with proof, your payment may be converted to a one-time floating credit valid for 12 months. Rate changes may apply.
- Entry visa or permit issues are not considered emergencies.

- Visa issues or entry permit denials are not considered emergencies. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure proper travel documentation before booking.
