PAYMENT TERMS (3 or less months to arrival)
• As this is a promotional rate during a period of high demand and within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required on booking to complete your reservation.
• We accept payment through credit card with our secure online payment system, direct bank transfer, or PayPal.

• NON-REFUNDABLE
• If this booking is cancelled or there is a no show within 90 days of arrival, the total value of the reservation will be non-refundable. If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, proof will need to be provided. If accepted, your payment will be treated as a floating deposit, should you want to reschedule the reservation, however if there is an increase in nightly rate, the difference will be paid by the guest. It is only possible to reschedule this booking one time.
• Issues regarding entry visas or permits resulting in postponed or cancelled trips are not considered unforeseen or an emergency. It is up to the guest to make the proper arrangements prior to travelling to Bali.
