Terms and Conditions (Syarat & Ketentuan)
1. Check out time is 12 noon. Check in time is 2 PM.
Waktu checkout adalah pukul 12 siang. Waktu check in adalah pukul 14.00.
2. The Management reserved the right to request full settlement of your account at anytime.
Hotel berwenang menagih tamu atas transaksi yang terjadi.
3. The Management reserved the right to request for advance deposit upon check in.
Hotel berwenang meminta deposit saat tamu check in.
4. The hotel will not responsible for any loss or damaged of any personal items or valuables.
Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan dan kerusakan barang pribadi tamu.
5. Strong smelling fruits (eg. durian) are not allowed inside the room.
Buah-buahan yang berbau menyengat (contoh, durian) tidak diperkenakan berada di area kamar.
6. Children under 12 years old with parental supervision , Parents always accompany the children while in the Hotel.
Anak anak dibawah usia 12 tahun dengan pengawasan orangtua , Orangtua selalu mendampingi anak-anak selama berada didalam Hotel
7. The hotel has a policy to prohibit guests to downing the mattress to the floor (Bed Down), and will charge of IDR 250,000.
Hotel memiliki kebijakan untuk melarang tamu menurunkan kasur ke lantai (Bed Down), dan akan melakukan denda sebesar Idr 250.000.
