Booking & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
- Certain rates may require full or partial payment in advance.

Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time starts from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and will be stated at the time of booking.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a full charge of the reservation.

Occupancy & Guests
- Rates are based on the number of registered guests.
- Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the villa.

Breakfast & Inclusions
- Breakfast is included only for bookings that select a “With Breakfast” rate.
- Room Only rates do not include meals unless stated otherwise.

Property Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
- Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

Spa & Additional Services
- In-villa spa and other services are available upon request and subject to availability.
- All spa treatments are for relaxation and wellness purposes only.

Liability
- The villa is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

Amendments
- Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
