The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all bookings with Kemala Living Sanur, whether you make them online, by telephone, or in person.

Rates & Reservations:
* Online reservation through https://www.kemalalivingsanur.com/ is recommended.
* Prices are quoted and billed in Indonesian Rupiah, inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
* Promotions or rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Offers and or packages cannot be combined.
* Cancellation and payment policies may vary per room type and promotional rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. They are also provided online or by written confirmation.
* Reservations that a credit card has guaranteed and/or deposit are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, our cancellation policy will apply.
* To determine whether your credit card will be charged prior to your arrival, please read the cancellation and payment policy of your online reservation.
In case that the aforementioned credit card cannot be presented upon arrival, we require a new valid credit card that is available or cash for the payment. The deposit taken from the original card will be refunded. Refund process will take approximately 14 working days.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:
* Check-in time: 14:00 hours
* Check-out time: 12:00 noon
* Requests for early check-in are honored as per room availability. If the hotel is fully booked, we may be unable to grant your request. However, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available.
* Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with our front desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12 noon to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6 pm.

Children Policy:
* Children from 0 – 4 years old will be complimentary when sharing an existing bed with their parents.
* From 5 – 11 years old still able to share bed with parent but will be an additional charges
* 12 years old and above is consider as adult

Pets policy:
Pets are not allowed in the property

Balinese Nyepi Day:
In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion/Silent Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion/Silent Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion/Silent Day. For more details, please contact info@maisabaseminyak.com

* 1 night cancellation fee if any cancellation within 14 before arrival
* 100% charge if any cancellation within 14 days before arrival or in event of No-Show or Early Departure

Prepayment: You will be charged a 100% prepayment of the total price upon booking
