**Booking Terms & Conditions**
1. Deposit & Payment
* A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
* The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3:00 PM on the check-in day.
* Payments can be made via bank transfer or payment link (2.9% surcharge applies for card payments).
2. Cancellation Policy
* More than 14 days prior to check-in: Full refund.
* Between 14 and 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* 7 days or less prior to check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* No-show or early check-out: No refund will be provided.
* Rescheduling or date changes** are considered cancellations and are subject to the above terms.
3. Security Deposit
* A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages during the stay.
* The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after inspection.
4. Check-in & Check-out
* Check-in time: 2:00 PM
* Check-out time: 11:00 AM
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. *House Rules*
* Smoking is *not permitted* inside the villa.
* Pets are *not allowed* unless approved in advance.
* Parties or events must be pre-approved by management.
* The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the confirmed booking.
6. *Liability*
* The management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused to villa property.
7. *Force Majeure*
* In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the villa reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking, and refund policies may vary.
