Booking Conditions – Lasai Villas

All bookings at Lasai Villas require full payment at the time of reservation and are strictly non-refundable. Once confirmed, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will not be eligible for any refund.

Date changes are only permitted during the low season, subject to availability and prior approval. Any modification requests must be made at least 7 days before arrival.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

For direct bookings, full payment is required at the time of reservation. For agency bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment due 1 month before arrival.

The maximum occupancy per villa must be respected. Additional guests beyond the confirmed number may result in extra charges or denial of stay.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Lasai Villas is not liable for lost or stolen items.

By booking with us, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
