General Terms & Conditions
1. All guests, including children, must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
2. Any outstanding balance must be settled upon check-in.
3. One (1) child under 5 years old stays free when using existing bedding. Children aged 5 years and above are charged at the applicable adult rate.
4. Pets, parties, smelly food (durian) and events are not permitted.
5. Early check-in (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM–6:00 PM) are subject to availability and charged at 50% of one night's accommodation rate.
6. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
7. Arrival date changes made less than 3 days before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.
8. Reservation dates may be modified once free of charge, subject to availability.
9. Room rates are based on the number of registered guests.
10. Guests are responsible for using the property and facilities with care and must immediately report any damage, malfunction, or emergency to the Front Desk.
11. Melasti Dream Residence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings, nor for damage to guests' vehicles while on the property.
12. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout their stay.
13. Melasti Dream Residence does not provide medical services and is not liable for any illness, injury, or changes to a guest's health during their stay.
14. After check-out, guests are kindly required to wait for approximately 10–15 minutes while our team conducts a room inspection to ensure that no personal belongings have been left behind.

Monthly Stay (28–30 Nights)
Reservation Policy
1. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment equivalent to 10 nights' accommodation within 3 days after booking confirmation.
2. Arrival date changes made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.
3. Reservation dates may be modified once free of charge, subject to availability.
4. A Long Stay Agreement is available upon request.
5. Stay extensions are subject to room availability and must be paid at least one (1) day before the extension begins.

Security Deposit (Long Stay)
A refundable Security Deposit is required for all long stay reservations with specific inclusions and exclusions, whether booked through an OTA, Travel Agency, or Direct Booking.
Deposit Amount:
10–14 nights: IDR 1,500,000 | 15–20 nights: IDR 3,000,000 | 28–30 nights: IDR 5,000,000

Refund Policy
The Security Deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided that:
* There are no outstanding balances or unpaid charges.
* No damage to the room, furniture, equipment, or other property has occurred.
* No additional charges have been incurred during the stay.
* The guest has complied with these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, outstanding charges or damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit before the refund is processed.

Changes to the Check-out Date
If a guest requests to shorten or extend their stay after check-in:
* The nightly rate will be recalculated based on the rate applicable on the date of the request.
* Any applicable refund will be calculated using the revised rates.
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Monthly Stay Benefits
Included:
*Wi-Fi, Parking, Weekly housekeeping with linen change (once per week / 4 services per month), Pool treatment twice per week, Garden maintenance once per week..

Excluded: Electricity (meter usage), Water (meter usage), Additional housekeeping services beyond the allocated four (4) services per month (charged at the applicable rate), Garden & Pool beyond the allocated.

Additional services requested during the stay will be charged separately through the Front Desk.
