**Booking Conditions for Nanti Villas Lombok**

1. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In time is 14:00, and Check-Out time is 11:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered based on availability, and additional fees may apply for approved late check-outs.
- Failure to notify the mobile concierge in advance about exceeding the check-out time may result in extra charges, including late check-out fees and/or an additional night's charge.

2. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet time is strictly observed from 19:00 to 08:00 the next day.
- Only registered guests or those preapproved by Nanti Villas Lombok are allowed on the premises during this period.

3. Occupancy Limit:
- Villa usage is strictly limited to 2 persons unless specifically approved in writing by the management.
- Violation of this policy may lead to applicable fees and penalties determined by Nanti Villas Lombok's management.

4. CLAYGO Policy (Clean As You Go):
- Guests are expected to adhere to the CLAYGO Policy, ensuring proper waste disposal and responsible use of villa facilities.
- Neglecting the policy and causing damage due to animals from the surroundings may incur penalties.

5. Damages and Missing Items:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa, furnishings, fittings, equipment, and rentals provided by third-party service providers.
- If any item is found missing upon check-out without consent, the guest will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.

6. Toilet Usage:
- Only natural body waste is allowed to be flushed in the toilet. Improper flushing leading to clogging may incur a penalty fee.

7. Lost and Found:
- Nanti Villas Lombok will hold any personal belongings or property left behind by a guest for 3 months.
- Unclaimed items after this period will be disposed of at the property's discretion, with transportation or courier costs covered by the guest.

8. Noise and Behavior:
- Nanti Villas Lombok reserves the right to assess acceptable levels of noise and behavior of guests or their invitees.
- If requested by management, corrective action must be taken. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking or function without liability for refund or compensation.

9. Non-Discrimination Policy:
- Nanti Villas Lombok upholds a policy of non-discrimination based on race, color, nationality, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin, or disability.
- Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the property reserves the right to take action against offending guests after appropriate investigation.

10. No Pets and No Smoking Policy:
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedroom, bathroom, and all enclosed areas. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in penalty fees.

11. Force Majeure:
- Nanti Villas Lombok shall not be held in breach of this agreement if it is unable to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, alterations, supply failure, industrial action, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the property will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and will return any payments made.

12. Third-Party Services:
- Nanti Villas Lombok may assist in arranging third-party services, but disclaims liability for any issues arising from availing these services.

13. Breakfast is excluded, as an option we are collaborating with some restaurants for offering room service.

**Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy**

1. All bookings made under the non-refundable rate are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once the reservation is confirmed, the full amount of the booking will be charged to the provided payment method.

2. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, guests will be charged the total price of the reservation, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Date modifications or changes to the reservation are not allowed for non-refundable bookings. Guests must adhere to the original booking dates.

4. Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will be treated as a no-show, and the entire reservation will be canceled without any refund.

5. In cases where guests have to cancel their non-refundable reservation due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster), the property may, at its discretion, offer a credit voucher for future use. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis and subject to proper documentation.

6. The credit voucher, if issued, will be valid for a specific period, as determined by the property, and can be used towards a future booking at the same property, subject to availability.

7. Guests are responsible for any applicable bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other charges incurred during the booking and cancellation process. The property will not be liable for any such charges.

8. If the property is unable to honor a non-refundable booking due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (e.g., property closure, natural disaster, etc.), the property will make every effort to provide alternative accommodations or dates. If no suitable alternatives can be arranged, the property will issue a full refund to the guest.

9. Nanti Villas Lombok reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of the non-refundable cancellation policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to guests at the time of booking.
