Service provided :
* use of a furnished and fully-equipped Studio for the duration of the period specified
* service of Studio staff (housekeeping, maintenance)
* household linen, towels, and electrical household appliances
* internet connection
* cost of water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning fuel

The price doesn't include:
* breakfasts, lunches, dinners
* cost of the groceries
* airport pick-up and drop-off
* extra services (special events/party, tour, activities…)

we request a security deposit of USD 200 (or equivalent in other currency) in cash at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damage or loss have occurred.

Important note:
No pets are allowed
No smoking allowed at the villa
No events, parties or gatherings allowed at the villa
No visitors are allowed at the villa
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 pm

We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property.

- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the start of the rental period.
- 100% of the money paid will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made after the remaining balance payment has paid
