At The Grand Mansion Menteng, we strive to ensure a seamless and exclusive experience from the moment you reserve your stay. To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. Please note that any reservation made without a valid guarantee will be automatically released.

For cancellations or modifications, kindly notify us by 6:00 PM (Jakarta time) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received after this period, or failure to arrive on the expected date, will result in a charge equal to the full value of the reserved stay, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

Requests for significant changes within the cancellation period are subject to hotel approval and may not always be accommodated.
