Booking and Cancellation Policy :
1. Check-In Time
To guarantee your room, please check-in no latter than the time* you set during booking. (*Times displayed are based on hotel's local time.)
2. One Reservation at a Time
You can only make one reservation at a time. A new booking can be made if you have check-out or canceled the previous booking.
3. Cancellation and No-show
This is a free cancellation booking. You can cancel at anytime before the check-in time to avoid being labeled as "no-show". If you fail to show up on the reservation date, it will be treated as :no-show" and you will not be eligible to book another Pay upon Check-in (Book without Confirmation Method) room for certain period of time..
