We want your stay to be comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and residents, please review our villa rules carefully. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 15:00 pm
• Check-out: 11:00 am
• Late Check-out: After 12:00 pm (100% of the nightly rate applies.)

2. Visitors Policy
• Only registered guests listed in your booking are permitted in the villa.
• No unregistered visitors are allowed in the residential villas at any time.
• For stays of one month or longer, visitors are allowed but must be minimal and within the villa’s maximum occupancy. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

3. Maximum Occupancy
• 1-Bedroom Villa: 2 guests total (adults and/or children).
• 2-Bedroom Villa: 4 guests total (adults and/or children).
• 4-Bedroom Villa: 8 guests total (adults and/or children).
• Additional guests: IDR 1,000,000 per guest per night.
• Occupancy limits cannot be changed before or during your stay.

4. Security Deposit
• A cash deposit of IDR 2,500,000 is required upon check-in.
• This covers incidental charges (e.g., minibar, damages).
• The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no charges apply.

5. Noise & Parties
• Loud music, parties, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 18:00 – 09:00.
• No music outside; music indoors must be at minimum volume.
• Violations may result in eviction without refund.

6. Property Care & Safety
• No hanging or drying clothes on building railings or structures.
• The property is not liable for belongings left behind after check-out. Items can be returned at the guest’s expense.
• No smoking inside bedrooms. Smoking is permitted only on balconies with doors closed.
• No pets allowed.

7. Other Policies
• Minimum age to book: 18 years old. ID will be checked at booking.
• No third-party bookings unless approved in advance.
• Parking is free in the ground-level garage.

-Guests can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancelations between 7 and 14 days before check-in, will receive 50% refund.
- Cancelations less than 7 days before check-in, there will be No refund.
