I. PAYMENT TERMS
1. Deposit & Final Payment: * A minimum deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance payment (50%) must be settled at the latest 2 (two) weeks prior to the check-in date.
- Failure to settle the balance payment by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Bank Charges: All transfer fees (including intermediary/correspondence banks) are to be covered by the customer. Any shortfalls received will be billed accordingly.
3. Currency & Rates: IDR payments must use our company’s floating rate, which is valid for only 7 days from the invoice date.

Non-Refundable

By proceeding with the payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following "Non- Refundable Policy":
1. Finality of Payment: Any deposit, down payment, or full payment made under this invoice is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

2. Forfeiture: In the event of a cancellation by the Client—including changes of mind, finding alternative accommodations, unused services, or failure to utilize the agreed services—all payments made will be forfeited in full.

3. Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests will only be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances:

o Severe Health Issues or Death: Must be supported by a valid, official medical certificate or legal documentation from a relevant government authority/hospital.
o Force Majeure: Unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans). This must be supported by official evidence or public declarations of the force majeure event.

4. Verification: Any refund requested under Section 3 is subject to a thorough verification process. The approval of such refunds remains at the sole discretion of the Management and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
