Panduan Check-in di Vila Air Natural Resort
1. Konfirmasi Kedatangan
Silakan konfirmasi waktu kedatangan dengan menghubungi receptionist di nomor 0851-0077-0668.
2.Registrasi di Receptionist
Saat tiba, registrasi/check-in ke receptionist dengan:
-membawa kartu identitas pemesan (KTP/paspor), berupa hard copy sesuai kebijakan properti.
-Pembayaran Deposit , saat check-in akan diminta deposit tunai IDR 500.000 per vila sebagai jaminan biaya tambahan selama menginap. ( akan di kembalikan saat check out )
3.Pengantaran ke Vila
Setelah proses check-in selesai, crew/staf vila akan mengantarkan Anda ke unit vilanya.
Informasi Tambahan
Waktu check-in dimulai dari Pkl. 15:00 Wib (jam bisa bervariasi tergantung kebijakan saat itu).

1.â â Arrival Confirmation
Please confirm your arrival time by contacting the receptionist at 0851-0077-0668.
2.â â Registration at Reception
Upon arrival, register/check-in at the receptionist by:
-Bringing a hard copy of the guest's ID card (KTP/passport), as per property policy.
-Deposit Payment: Upon check-in, a cash deposit of IDR 500,000 per villa will be required as a guarantee for additional costs during your stay. (This will be returned upon check-out.)
3.â â Villa Transfer
After check-in, the villa crew/staff will escort you to your villa.
