SMOKING: NO SMOKING INDOORS



CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds/cots.

One older child or adult is charged IDR 300.000 per person per night in an extra bed.



Villa provides 1 x portacot and 1 x highchair - NO Charge

We can order hire cot/highchair if required - Additional Charge



Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and may have to be paid for separately during your stay.



CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking, in order to confirm the booking, with the balance 70% due 30 days before guests arrival.

If booking is being made less than 30 days from guests arrival, full payment is required.



CREDIT CARD: YES accept Credit Cards - Via PayPal

PAYPAL: YES accept PayPal

TRANSFER: YES accept direct transfer to Indonesian Bank A/C

CASH: YES balance can be paid in Cash if agreed to by all parties, email: bookings@villaelleo.com



CANCELLATION :

Cancellations must be given in writing more than 30 days prior to the checkin date, and guests who cancel within this time frame will forfeit the 30% deposit that was paid when the booking was made.

If cancellations are given in writing less than 30 days prior to checkin, there is a NIL refund.

In all instances where guests need to cancel, the owners will do their best to find a replacement/substitute booking, and will endeavor to refund the guest accordingly.

Any refunds the owners are able to offer the guests (as a result of being able to find a replacement/substitute booking - or any other reason) are done so at their discretion, and should be viewed by the guest as such



BROKEN ITEMS: All broken items i.e. glassware/crockery etc to be paid for prior to checkout
