IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION
- Persons who are over the age of 12 are considered adults.
- All of our rooms are designated non-smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping is only allowed in outside area with a closed door.
- Guest is not allowed to have any type of pet, such as a dog or a cat, in the rental property.
- Guest is not allowed to have party or event without prior notification to villa management. Events or gathering have to report to Banjar and fee might be applied.
- Due to the fact that the villa is surrounded by many villas, it is required that guests particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. We really appreciate you to not make loud noise after 10PM. Microphone or soundsystem are not allowed at the villa.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- A security deposit of IDR 2.000.000/stay is required prior to check-in. Should any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other additional charges arise during your stay, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance upon request. The security deposit (or any remaining balance) will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

By confirming the reservation and checking in to the villa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these House Rules, including any applicable charges for damages, excessive cleaning, and deductions from the security deposit.
