100% full payment at the time of booking.
- All cancellations need to be made in writing to tropicalstaysbali@gmail.com
- If a booking is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 1- 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.
