Please pay attention:
1. For check-in, each guest must provide valid ID upon arrival.
2. The balance due must be paid on arrival.
3. Children are not allowed.
4. Animals are not allowed.
5. Parties/Events are not allowed.
6. Early check-in from 6:00 to 12:00 incurs an additional charge 50% of the overnight accommodation.
7. Late check-out after 12:00 and up to 18:00 – will be charged 50% of the overnight accommodation rate.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are provided after confirmation by the property and should be paid in accordance with the applicable property rate.
9. Your reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the first night’s rate within 3 days after booking and receipt of this confirmation.
10. Changing the arrival date less than 3 days prior check in is the first night charge.
11. Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
12. The cost per night depends on the number of guests to be accommodated.
13. Guests must treat the property XO Canggu (adults only) with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergencies (flood, fire, broken glass, etc.), the administrator must be notified immediately.
14. XO Canggu (adults only) is not responsible for lost or unattended personal things and valuables on the territory of the complex.
15. XO Canggu (adults only) is not responsible for damage caused to the Guest's car, bike as a result of traffic violations or other actions that caused damage on the territory of XO Canggu (adults only), in particular in the areas designated for parking.
16. XO Canggu (adults only)does not provide medical care services for guests and is not responsible for any changes in the guest's health.

Monthly stay (length of stay 28-30nights):
Reservation rules:
1) Reservation will be guaranteed after payment of the 10 nights amount within 3 days after
booking and receipt of this confirmation.
2) Changing the arrival date less than 7 days prior check in is the first night charge.
3) Reservation dates (check-in/ check-out) can be modified free of charge one time only.
4) Long stay agreement is provided upon request.

Changing check-out date during accommodation period policy:
1) The nightly rate will be recalculated according to the official rate valid on the day of the
guest’s request to change the check-out date.
2) Any refund will be calculated after the updated rates per night have been applied.
3) Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
