Accommodation Terms
1.1 Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for the villa.
1.2 Pets and Events: Bringing pets or hosting events without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Included Services: Cleaning services, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included for stays up to 21 days. For longer stays, electricity is charged separately.
1.4 Self-Catering: Guests are responsible for their own groceries and personal items during their stay.
Check-in/Check-out and Safety
2.1 Timings: Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
2.2 Identification: Guests must provide valid identification at check-in, matching the name on the booking.
2.3 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the villa premises. Inviting unregistered persons is not allowed without prior approval.
2.4 Compliance: Failure to follow villa rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Non-Refundable Booking
3.1 Cancellation Policy: The booking is non-refundable. If guests leave earlier than planned, no refunds will be issued.
3.2 No-Show Policy: If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total reservation price.
Water Quality
4.1 Ocean Proximity: The villa uses water from a well, slightly salty due to its coastal location (standard for villas near the ocean).
4.2 Showers and Pool: Slightly salty water is used for showers and the swimming pool. It is eco-friendly and gentle on the skin.
4.3 Bottled Water: Free bottled water is provided for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth.
Insects and Wildlife
5.1 Treatment: The villa is treated for insects and small rodents three times a week. 100% prevention is impossible due to Bali’s tropical climate.
5.2 Natural Environment: Bali includes geckos, small lizards, and bats. They are harmless and part of the ecosystem.
5.3 Seasonal Impact: Mosquito activity increases in the rainy season. We provide repellents and sprays.
5.4 Acceptance of Nature: Some interaction with wildlife is part of the Bali experience.
Additional Services
6.1 Options: Our staff can assist with food preparation, chefs, BBQ, and massages.
6.2 Agreement: All additional services must be arranged in advance.
6.3 Payment: Additional services can be paid in cash directly to the staff.
Airport Pick-Up Notice
The complimentary transfer includes the ride from the airport to the villa. Airport entrance and parking fees (25,000 IDR for up to 2 hours) are charged by the airport and must be paid directly to the driver.
Payment Policies

7.1 Initial Payments: All initial payments must be made via the booking platform. No personal transfers are accepted.
7.2 On-Site Payments: Cash payments are accepted for breakfast, laundry, tours, and other services.
7.3 Deposit: A 50 percent deposit confirms the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Loss or Forgotten Items
8.1 Safekeeping: Use the villa safes for valuables.
8.2 Responsibility: Management is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
8.3 Claims: Forgotten items must be claimed within 48 hours after departure.
8.4 Unclaimed Items: Items not claimed within 48 hours will not be retained.
Liability
9.1 Responsibility: Management is not liable for personal safety, belongings, or rented vehicles.
9.2 Force Majeure: No liability for natural disasters or events beyond our control.
9.3 Refunds: No refunds for villa inaccessibility due to external factors (strikes, epidemics, etc.).
Claims and Additional Requests
10.1 Communication: Guests should contact management for any issues.
10.2 Timing: Requests should be made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
10.3 Satisfaction: No complaints during the stay means full satisfaction.
Fraud Prevention
11.1 Verification: Identification must match the booking name.
11.2 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests may enter the villa premises.
11.3 Payment Methods: All initial payments must be done on the official booking platform.
11.4 Cash Payments: Only for additional services.
11.5 Fraud Prevention: Fraud will be reported to authorities and booking platforms.
