- Check-out Time: 12 Noon
- Early check-in and late check-out times are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
- A valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa) is required upon check-in.
- Please Note: Our resort is not suitable for young children under the age of 10. The resort is NOT equipped with babysitting services, high chairs, cribs or children’s menu options. If children are an additional guest in a bungalow - our standard Extra Guest Surcharge rate applies. While we welcome families, please consider this when booking with Siddhartha.
- All charges may be quoted in your local currency, and converted to the hotel’s chosen currency (Indonesian Rupiah). The converted price is based on the foreign exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies processing payments are not within the control of the resort, and are subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
- Payments made by credit card onsite at Siddhartha Oceanfront Resort & Spa will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. You can also settle the final bill via a bank transfer on site to one of our accounts.
- Extra person room surcharge applies (IDR 500.000 per additional person where applicable).
- No-show will result in no refund.
- 30% deposit payment upon booking to confirm a reservation, unless stated otherwise.

- Cancellations MUST be made via email to: reservation@siddhartha-bali.com. Please include your booking  / confirmation number.
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival, and a cancellation/administration fee of 10% of the deposit payment applies per room, per reservation.
- Changes or shortening of the length of stay of the travel dates 13 days or less before the booked arrival depend on the availability of the accommodation and will be charged with a rebooking fee of 1 night equal to 1 nights room charge according to the booked room category.
- No refunds are given after arrival in the event of of an early/unexpected departure.
